O ENSINO POR INVESTIGAÇÃO NO AMBIENTE ESCOLAR

Abstract

Uma forma de instigar os alunos a serem mais participativos e autônomos em sala de aula é introduzindo novas abordagens de ensino, como por exemplo o ensino por investigação. Por muito tempo, pesquisas têm sido realizadas na busca de estratégias para lidar com as dificuldades na aprendizagem de conteúdos científicos pelos estudantes, uma das formas possíveis de despertar o interesse em aprender seria utilizando abordagens como o ensino por investigação. Este trabalho teve como principal objetivo realizar a elaboração e aplicação de sequências investigativas, visando um melhor desempenho e participação dos estudantes. A pesquisa ocorreu em uma escola particular localizada em Praia da Costa, Vila Velha, na disciplina itinerária do novo ensino médio, intitulada Imunologia e Saúde Pública. Após observar o comportamento dos estudantes notou-se que ao tentarem resolver os problemas expostos pela pesquisadora, houve uma grande participação e interação dos mesmos, além disso foi notório a autonomia dos alunos além da cooperação e trabalho em equipe. Portanto, é neste contexto que entendemos que o ensino por investigação possa contribuir para auxiliar na participação dos mesmos no processo de aprendizagem.

One way to encourage students to be more participative and autonomous in the classroom is to introduce new teaching approaches, such as inquiry-based teaching. For a long time, research has been carried out in search of strategies to deal with difficulties in learning scientific content by students and one of the possible ways to awaken interest in learning would be using approaches such as teaching by investigation. This work had as main objective to carry out the application of investigative sequences, aiming at a better performance and participation of the students. The research took place in a private school located in Praia da Costa, Vila Velha, in the itinerary subject of the new high school, entitled Immunology and Public Health. After observing the behavior of the students, it was noticed that when they tried to solve the problems exposed by the researcher, there was a great participation and interaction of the same, in addition, the autonomy of the students was notorious in addition to cooperation and teamwork. Therefore, it is in this context that we understand that teaching by investigation can contribute to help in their participation in the learning process.
