Perspectivas críticas no ensino da História: manifestações culturais e turismo cultural na Barra do Jucu, Vila Velha-ES

Abstract

RESUMO: O presente texto apresenta a pesquisa do Mestrado em Educação Profissional e Tecnológica – ProfEPT que teve como objetivo analisar o processo de ensino de História no Brasil na perspectiva reflexiva e crítica a partir do reconhecimento e valorização das manifestações culturais na Barra do Jucu, Vila Velha – ES, enquanto lugar de potencial turístico. A partir do referencial teórico materialista histórico e dialético e da pedagogia histórico-crítica realizamos uma pesquisa qualitativa, exploratória e descritiva. A abordagem foi na forma de uma pesquisa qualitativa com a interação direta com os sujeitos (estudantes do 2º ano do ensino médio da Escola Estadual Dr. José Moysés da rede estadual capixaba no município de Cariacica e estudantes egressos do curso de Guia de Turismo do Proeja no Ifes - Vitória) buscando entender a subjetividade da relação desses com o ensino de História através do diálogo permanente com entrevistas e formulários de opinião com objetivo exploratório para tornar as dificuldades desse processo explícitas e construir possibilidades de soluções. A partir das reflexões realizadas, elaboramos, como produto educacional, um mapeamento turístico-histórico da região da Barra do Jucu estruturado em um ambiente virtual na plataforma Blogspot com objetivo de potencializar o processo de ensino-aprendizagem dos estudantes do ensino médio, a atuação profissional dos guias de turismo e o público interessado em reconhecer o potencial turístico da Barra do Jucu. Esperamos, dessa forma, que tais instrumentos possibilitem uma contribuição metodológica no processo de ensino-aprendizagem de História valorizando uma formação omnilateral do indivíduo e o desenvolvimento da noção de consciência histórica.

ABSTRACT: This text is the result of research held in the Master Program in Professional and Technological Education - ProfEPT of Instituto Federal do Espírito Santo. It aims to analyze the process of history teaching in Brazil from a reflective and critical perspective while dealing with the recognition and appreciation of cultural manifestations in Barra do Jucu, Vila Velha - ES, as a place of touristic potential. We carried out qualitative, exploratory, and descriptive research based on the historical and dialectical materialist theoretical framework and historical-critical pedagogy to proceed with these objectives. This approach took the form of qualitative research with direct interaction with the subjects covered in this work, i.e., 2nd-year high school students at Escola Estadual Dr. José Moysés of the Espírito Santo state network in the municipality of Cariacica and students from the Proeja Tourism Guide course at Ifes - Vitória. While seeking to understand the subjectivity of their relationship with the teaching of history through a permanent dialogue put forward with interviews and opinion forms, we had the exploratory objective of making the difficulties of this process explicit and building possibilities for solving these problems. In considering the results of this interactive research, it was possible to develop an educational product as a tool that can work as a solution to such teaching-learning shortcomings. Hence, a touristichistorical mapping of Barra do Jucu region was structured in the virtual environment on the Blogspot platform to enhance the teaching-learning process of high school students, and the professional performance of tourist guides and the public interested in recognizing the tourist potential of Barra do Jucu. We hope, therefore, that such instruments make possible a methodological contribution to the teaching-learning process of history, valuing an omnilateral formation of individuals and the development of the notion of historical consciousness.
