Análise de viabilidade técnica por comparação climática e proposta de implantação de barragem subterrânea em Colatina-ES

Abstract

Resumo: As barragens subterrâneas representam alternativa técnica viável para a contenção de água para utilização em agricultura na região do Semiárido nordestino desde a década de 1960. Este trabalho visa analisar a viabilidade deste método de contenção de águas em subsuperfície para a localidade de Colatina-ES, através de análise comparativa de dados climáticos de pluviosidade e evaporação entre a cidade de Ouricuri-PE, pertencente a região atualmente contemplada por esta tecnologia e a região do município de Colatina-ES, bem como a análise física do solo na região da proposta de implantação. Estas análises demonstram que Colatina-ES, possui condições técnicas do ponto de vista físico, para implementações de barragens subterrâneas de pequeno porte.

Abstract: Underground dams represent a viable technical alternative for water containment for use in agriculture in the Northeastern Semi-Arid region since the 1960s. This work aims to analyze the viability of this subsurface water containment method for Colatina-ES, through comparative analysis of climatic data of rainfall and evaporation between the city of Ouricuri-PE, belonging to the region currently covered by this technology and the region of Colatina-ES, as well as the physical analysis of the soil in the region of the proposed implementation. These analyzes demonstrate that Colatina-ES, has technical conditions from the physical point of view, for implementations of small underground dams.
