Florestas verticais como ferramenta de controle dos microclimas urbanos

Abstract

O presente artigo buscou compreender e analisar a eficiência e características das florestas verticais como ferramenta de combate aos problemas de conforto ambiental nos centros urbanos, principalmente as denominadas ilhas de calor, que surgem, dentre os mais variados fatores, como a falta de vegetação e espaços verdes nas cidades. Para atender os objetivos foi utilizado o método de coleta de dados a partir de pesquisa bibliográfica, a fim de apresentar as características do fenômeno de ilha de calor, microclimas urbanos, influência da vegetação no ambiente construído e um estudo de caso do edifício símbolo desta corrente arquitetônica que é o Bosco Verticale, localizado em Milão, onde a partir deste estudo de caso, é possível analisar a eficiência de um edifício seguindo as características do Bosco Verticale se aplicado na cidade de Colatina/ES e seus efeitos no centro urbano.

This article sought to understand and analyze the efficiency and characteristics of vertical forests as a tool to combat environmental comfort problems in urban centers, especially the so-called heat islands, which arise due to the gradual lack of vegetation and green spaces in cities. To meet the objectives was used the method of data collection from literature research in order to present the characteristics of the heat island phenomenon, urban microclimates, influence of vegetation in the built environment and a case study of the building symbol of this architectural current that is the Bosco Verticale, located in Milan, where from this case study, we can analyze the efficiency of a building following the characteristics of the Bosco Verticale applied in the city of Colatina/ES and its effects in the urban center.
