Atlas de histologia para a educação básica

Abstract

O ensino de Ciências Naturais passa por grandes mudanças no processo educacional, influenciada pelo avanço tecnológico, sendo acompanhado com as metodologias didáticas empregadas em sala de aula. As metodologias didáticas têm como objetivo principal a construção do conhecimento do aluno de forma ativa, na qual ele participa diretamente do seu próprio processo de ensino-aprendizagem. A histologia humana estuda os tecidos biológicos do corpo humano, desde sua formação, estrutura e funcionamento, e como estes tecidos se organizam para constituir os órgãos. O conhecimento na histologia é adquirido principalmente com análise visual de estruturas morfológicas celulares e teciduais. O estudo da histologia na Educação Básica requer o uso de imagens microscópicas em materiais didáticos e/ou laboratório equipado com materiais necessários para práticas desse assunto. A diversidade das modalidades didáticas pode atrair e estimular o aprendizado do aluno, pois ele é instigado pela curiosidade em descobrir o significado do que está sendo observado, e consequentemente conseguirá associar as características observadas com a teoria desenvolvida em aula, que facilitará o aprendizado de muitos conceitos por si mesmo. Este trabalho teve como objetivo elaborar um Atlas de histologia como material didático para a Educação Básica. O atlas elaborado neste trabalho foi dividido em duas unidades, na primeira unidade foi abordado temas sobre a microscopia, e na segunda unidade sobre os tecidos histológicos. O Atlas como material didático para a educação básica, pode facilitar a aprendizagem dos alunos e diminuir a assimilação do conteúdo de forma errônea, principalmente dos tecidos, que em livros didáticos convencionais trazem uma visão limitada de como é verdadeiramente o tecido por apresentarem somente imagens ilustrativas e não imagens fotográficas. Este material vai auxiliar o ensino-aprendizagem, na ausência de aulas práticas de histologia em laboratório e a falta de imagens microscópicas de qualidade em livros didáticos.

Teaching of Natural Sciences undergoes major changes in the educational process, influenced by technological advances, accompanied with the teaching methods used in the classroom. The teaching methodologies have as main objective the construction of the student's knowledge in an active way in which it participates directly from their own teaching-learning process. Human histology studies the biological tissues of the human body, since its formation, structure and functioning, and how these tissues are organized to form the organs. The knowledge on histology is mainly acquired through visual analysis of cell and tissue morphological structures. The histology study in Basic Education requires the use of microscopic images in textbooks and / or laboratory equipped with necessary materials to practice this matter. The diversity of teaching methods can attract and stimulate student learning because it is instigated by curiosity to find out the meaning of what is being observed, and thus be able to link the characteristics observed with the theory developed in class, which will facilitate the learning of many concepts for yourself. This study aimed to develop a histology Atlas as teaching material for Basic Education. The atlas prepared in this study was divided into two units, the first unit was approached topics on microscopy, and the second unit on the histological tissue. The Atlas as teaching materials for basic education, can facilitate the learning of students and reduce the assimilation of content wrongly, especially tissue, which in conventional textbooks bring a limited vision of what is truly the tissue submit only illustrative images and not photography. This material will help the teaching and learning in the absence of histology practical classes in the laboratory and the lack of quality microscopic images in textbooks.
