Abstract

RESUMO: Este artigo explora as teorias da autoficção para analisar os romances Essa gente, de Chico Buarque, e Sueli: romance confesso, de Reinaldo Santos Neves. Metodologicamente, a pesquisa adota uma abordagem bibliográfico-documental com ênfase na metalinguagem. O objetivo é proporcionar aos leitores uma compreensão crítica da autoficção e suas implicações sociais, por meio de reflexões fundamentadas teoricamente em Barthes (2004), Doubrovsky (1977) e Foucault (2002). Na análise dos romances, destaca-se a investigação das dinâmicas entre autor e narrador, utilizando-se perspectivas atualizadas sobre a autoficção, com contribuições de Azevedo (2008) e Faedrich (2015). O estudo visa oferecer uma análise crítica que incentive os leitores a explorarem mais profundamente o universo literário desses romances, enriquecendo sua compreensão e apreciação da fatura estética, além de suas aplicações sociais e culturais.

ABSTRACT: This article explores the theories of autofiction to analyze the novels Essa gente, by Chico Buarque and Sueli: romance confesso, by Reinaldo Santos Neves. Methodologically, the research adopts a bibliographical-documentary approach with an emphasis on metalanguage. The aim is to provide readers with a critical understanding of autofiction and its social implications through reflections theoretically grounded in Barthes (2004), Doubrovsky (1977), and Foucault (2002). In the analysis of the novels, the investigation of the dynamics between author and narrator is emphasized, using updated perspectives on autofiction with contributions from Azevedo (2008) and Faedrich (2015). The study aims to offer a critical analysis that encourages readers to delve deeper into the literary universe of these novels, enriching their understanding and appreciation of the aesthetic craftsmanship, as well as its social and cultural applications.
