ANÁLISE DO RETORNO DE INVESTIMENTO PARA UMA INSTALAÇÃO RESIDENCIAL COM ENERGIA SOLAR FOTOVOLTAICA NA CIDADE DE LINHARES – ES

Abstract

RESUMO: A problemática ambiental e os altos custos das tarifas de energia elétrica tem impulsionado o interesse do mercado pelo sistema de energia solar fotovoltaica, onde o uso de células solares fotovoltaicas permite a conversão direta da luz solar em eletricidade. Há uma tendência nacional de crescimento dessa tecnologia, já que a irradiação solar brasileira é umas das maiores do mundo. Nesse sentido essa pesquisa tem como objetivo demonstrar o retorno financeiro devido a instalação de um sistema fotovoltaico em uma edificação residencial na cidade de Linhares - ES. Assim, essa pesquisa analisou a instalação de uma edificação residencial, por meio de pesquisa aplicada, exploratória, quantitativa e experimental. Constatou-se assim a viabilidade do sistema, estimando o retorno do investimento no início do terceiro ano. Estima-se que em 25 anos o sistema terá gerado um resultado em economia de energia de R$ 396.544,42.

ABSTRACT: The environmental problem and the high costs of electricity taxes have driven market interest in the photovoltaic solar energy system, where the use of photovoltaic solar cells allows the direct conversion of sunlight into electricity. There is a national trend towards growth of this technology, as Brazilian solar irradiation is one of the highest in the world. In this sense, this research aims to demonstrate the financial return due to the installation of a photovoltaic system in a residential building in the city of Linhares - ES. Thus, this research analyzed the installation of a residential building, through applied, exploratory, quantitative and experimental research. This confirmed the system's forecast, estimating the return on investment at the beginning of the third year. It is estimated that in 25 years the system will have generated energy savings of R$ 396.544,42.
