A importância do ensino de mecanismos geradores de sentido na leitura do discurso político

Abstract

RESUMO: Este trabalho apresenta uma análise de um discurso de Getúlio Vargas com base em algumas categorias pertencentes a teorias do texto e do discurso com o objetivo de verificar a produtividade da aplicação dessas categorias no ensino da leitura do discurso político no contexto educacional. Para isso, a metodologia adotada foi a bibliográfica, com abordagem qualitativo-interpretativista, fundamentada em algumas categorias da Semiótica Discursiva e no Dialogismo Bakhtiniano, utilizando contribuições de autores como José Luiz Fiorin, Patrick Charaudeau, Bakhtin entre outros. Como resultado, observou-se que as categorias utilizadas possibilitaram uma análise abrangente do texto, sendo indicadas para auxiliar educadores no ensino da leitura de discursos políticos.

ABSTRACT: This paper presents an analysis of a speech by Getúlio Vargas based on certain categories from text and discourse theories, in order to verify the effectiveness of applying these categories in teaching the reading of political discourse in an educational context. To achieve this, the adopted methodology was bibliographic, with a qualitative-interpretative approach, based on some categories of Discursive Semiotics and Bakhtinian Dialogism, utilizing contributions from authors such as José Luiz Fiorin, Patrick Charaudeau, Bakhtin, among others. As a result, it was observed that the applied categories enabled a comprehensive analysis of the text, making them suitable for assisting educators in teaching the reading of political speeches.
