O IMPACTO DA GESTÃO ESCOLAR DEMOCRÁTICA NO PROCESSO DE ENSINO E APRENDIZAGEM

Abstract

RESUMO O presente trabalho final de curso – TFC, traz a temática da gestão escolar democrática no contexto do ensino e aprendizagem, apresentando um estudo exploratório, bibliográfico e qualitativo em torno de questões e diálogos sobre essa possibilidade de implantação de uma gestão escolar democrática. O objetivo geral da pesquisa é analisar, o impacto da gestão escolar democrática no aprimoramento do processo de ensino e aprendizagem, bem como na estruturação eficaz da organização escolar. Os objetivos específicos versam sobre realizar uma revisão sistemática da literatura para identificar os principais conceitos e abordagens relacionados à gestão escolar democrática, destacando suas características e princípios fundamentais, avaliar, por meio de uma análise crítica da literatura, as evidências e estudos que demonstram as influências positivas da gestão escolar democrática no desempenho dos alunos, na qualidade do ensino e na eficiência da organização escolar, investigar, por meio de uma análise aprofundada da literatura, como a gestão escolar democrática impacta diretamente o processo de ensino e aprendizagem e identificar orientações estabelecidas e recomendações para a implementação eficaz desses modelos em contextos educacionais diversos. Os resultados da pesquisa indicaram que a gestão escolar democrática, quando aplicada corretamente, tem o potencial de impactar positivamente o processo de ensino e aprendizagem nas escolas públicas. ABSTRACT The present final course work – TFC addresses the theme of democratic school management in the context of teaching and learning, presenting an exploratory, bibliographic, and qualitative study on issues and dialogues regarding the possibility of implementing democratic school management. The general objective of the research is to analyze the impact of democratic school management on the improvement of the teaching and learning process, as well as on the effective structuring of the school organization. The specific objectives focus on conducting a systematic literature review to identify the main concepts and approaches related to democratic school management, highlighting its characteristics and fundamental principles, evaluating, through a critical analysis of the literature, the evidence and studies demonstrating the positive influences of democratic school management on student performance, teaching quality, and school organization efficiency, investigating, through a thorough analysis of the literature, how democratic school management directly impacts the teaching and learning process and identifying providing established guidelines and recommendations for the effective implementation of these models in diverse educational contexts. The research results indicated that democratic school management, when applied correctly, has the potential to positively impact the teaching and learning process in public schools.
