O ENSINO PROFISSIONALIZANTE NO COMPLEXO PENITENCIÁRIO DO ESPÍRITO SANTO: UMA VISÃO DOS DETENTOS E DOS EDUCADORES

Abstract

RESUMO: O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar a percepção da educação no sistema prisional na visão dos educadores e dos detentos, dados coletados por meio de um questionário de 3 perguntas individuais com 3 discentes e 2 docentes dos cursos oferecidos pelo Pronatec e pelo Instituto Qualificar. Ao fim da pesquisa foi possível constatar a importância da educação profissional no sistema carcerário e como os detentos possuem a consciência de que ela é importante para a vida deles dentro e fora do sistema.

ABSTRACT: The objective of this work is to analyze the perception of education in the prison system from the perspective of educators and inmates, data collected through a questionnaire of 3 individual questions with 3 students and 2 teachers from courses offered by Pronatec and Instituto Qualificar. At the end of the research, it was possible to verify the importance of professional education in the prison system and how inmates are aware that it is important for their lives inside and outside the system.
