SENTIDO E SIGNIFICADO DO TRABALHO PARA A AGRICULTURA FAMILIAR: UM ESTUDO DE CASO ENTRE OS FEIRANTES DO MUNICÍPIO DE ANCHIETA/ES

Abstract

RESUMO: Este artigo busca compreender o sentido e o significado do trabalho para as famílias de agricultores. O trabalho tem sido fundamental para a sobrevivência dos seres humanos desde os primórdios da humanidade e é uma atividade em que o indivíduo pensa, planeja e imprime sentido. O objetivo geral é analisar o sentido e o significado do trabalho para os agricultores familiares, com foco nos feirantes que atuam no município de Anchieta- ES. E os objetivos específicos incluem, Identificar os perfis socioeconômicos das famílias dos agricultores familiares; Reconhecer o sentido e o significado que os agricultores familiares atribuem ao seu campo de trabalho; Compreender valores que os agricultores atribuem ao trabalho. A escolha do tipo de pesquisa foi o estudo de caso de caráter qualitativo e descritivo, devido ao seu objetivo principal, que é descrever as características de uma população ou fenômeno. A pesquisa qualitativa visa compreender a realidade em profundidade e não apenas ter conhecimento superficial dos fatos. Os resultados indicam que o trabalho não só assegura sobrevivência pessoal e familiar, mas também representa reconhecimento, valorização e realização tanto pessoal quanto profissional. A agricultura familiar é marcada por uma forte ligação afetiva com a terra e desempenhando um papel crucial nas relações familiares e sociais.

ABSTRACT: This article seeks to understand the meaning and meaning of work for farming families. Work has been fundamental to the survival of human beings since the beginning of humanity and is an activity in which the individual thinks, plans and makes sense. The general objective is to analyze the meaning and meaning of work for family farmers, focusing on market traders who work in the municipality of Anchieta-ES. And the specific objectives include, identifying the socioeconomic profiles of farmer families; Recognize the meaning and significance that family farmers attribute to their field of work; Understand the values ​​that farmers attribute to work. The type of research was chosen as a qualitative and descriptive case study, due to its main objective, which is to describe the characteristics of a population or population. Qualitative research aims to understand reality in depth and not just have superficial knowledge of the facts. The results indicate that work not only guarantees personal and family survival, but also represents recognition, appreciation and fulfillment, both personal and professional. Family farming is marked by a strong emotional connection with the land and plays a crucial role in family and social relationships.
