ABSTRACT: The main objective of this work was to analyze the factors that impact the Organizational Climate of a Basic Health Unit (UBS) that serves the Family Health Strategy (ESF) in the Municipality of Barra de São Francisco - Espírito Santo, from the perspective of employees of the the Irmãos Fernandes Family Health Strategy unit, through interviews with the municipal health manager and employees of the unit under study. Thus providing a qualitative research, which obtained 24 respondents and the health secretary, representing more than 85% of the health unit's employees. The results of this work showed that the factors that most impact the ESF's organizational climate are the work environment, organizational culture, interpersonal relationships and fair policies and procedures. The research results indicate that it is important for organizations to invest in communication, work environment and organizational culture to improve the organizational climate and increase productivity and employee satisfaction.
