Gestão escolar democrática: a importância de todos para esta construção

Abstract

RESUMO

O presente trabalho versa sobre as características de uma gestão escolar democrática, evidenciando a sua importância na dinâmica e cotidiano da escola. O problema deste trabalho partiu do interesse em identificar qual a importância da participação de todos os entes da escola para uma Gestão democrática. O objetivo Geral centra-se em demonstrar a importância da participação coletiva para construção de uma gestão escolar democrática. Para alcançar o objetivo geral , a pesquisa em tela identificará as características de uma gestão escolar democrática, além de relacionar os entes envolvidos, bem como, a importância da participação de todos estes entes. Desta forma, foram analisados dois artigos do Portal de Periódicos da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (Capes) com o objetivo de melhor compreender a respeito da gestão escolar democrática e sua importância. O trabalho foi desenvolvido por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica, a partir de material já elaborado, e Revisão de Literatura. O conceito de gestão escolar foi analisado a partir das contribuições de Melo (2004), Veiga (1995), Lück (2006), Paro (2008), Silva (2002).Foi possível, desta forma, entender que a gestão escolar democrática depende de uma participação efetiva para que ela traga os resultados esperados. Além de mostrar que embora os benefícios sejam grandes, sua prática real ainda gera resistência em alguns gestores. As principais contribuições encontradas foram apresentadas através dos artigos aqui relatados, mostrando assim os desafios e as perspectivas de tal prática.

ABSTRACT

This work deals with the characteristics of democratic school management, highlighting its importance in the dynamics and daily life of the school. The problem of this work came from the interest in identifying how important the participation of all school entities is for democratic management? The General objective focuses on demonstrating the importance of collective participation in building democratic school management. To achieve the general objective, the research on screen will identify the characteristics of democratic school management, in addition to relating the entities involved, as well as the importance of the participation of all these entities. In this way, two articles from the Periodical Portal of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES) were analyzed with the aim of better understanding democratic school management and its importance. The work was developed through bibliographical research, based on material already prepared, and Literature Review. The concept of school management was analyzed based on the contributions of Melo (2004), Veiga (1995), Lück (2006), Paro (2008), Silva (2002). It was possible, in this way, to understand that democratic school management depends effective participation so that it brings the expected results. In addition to showing that although the benefits are great, its actual practice still generates resistance in some managers. The main contributions found were presented through the articles presented here, thus showing the challenges and perspectives of such practice.
