IMPACTOS DA PANDEMIA NA COMUNIDADE ESCOLAR: AÇÕES DA GESTÃO ESCOLAR E TRANSFORMAÇÕES NA EDUCAÇÃO

Abstract

Essa pesquisa surgiu a partir de vivências acadêmicas e profissionais que me proporcionaram a percepção acerca da gestão escolar e da diferença que ela pode fazer quando bem desenvolvida, isso motivou questionamentos que me atraíram. A gestão escolar possui funções, ferramentas e mecanismos que normalmente já representam um desafio, no entanto, acometidos pela pandemia escolas e comunidades educacionais precisaram se reinventar, lidar com suas defasagens e deficiências, e utilizar da criatividade para contornar as novas situações a que foram postas. A partir dessa reflexão, a pesquisa com objetivo geral analisar as práticas efetuadas e ações tomadas para minimizar os impactos causados pela Covid-19 na educação pela gestão educacional no período pós pandêmico. Para isso realizou-se uma revisão de literatura, com aporte teórico embasado em Freire (2002), Libâneo (2014), Luck (2009) e Paro (2016) que direcionam a respeito de uma gestão democrática e participativa. Após a pesquisa foi possível compreender a importância da Gestão em momentos cotidianos e em momentos caóticos. Além disso, entendemos que para lidar com as mudanças abruptas que afetaram diretamento o social e o educacional no período de 2020 a 2023, a Gestão escolar precisou compreender a instituição “escola” como uma comunidade não homogênea, com déficits e necessidades diferenciadas. Modelando assim os suportes e apoios fornecidos aos professores, alunos e comunidade familiar. ABSTRACT This research arose from academic and professional experiences that gave me insight into school management and the difference it can make when well developed. This motivated questions that attracted me. School management has functions, tools and mechanisms that normally already represent a challenge, however, affected by the pandemic, schools and educational communities needed to reinvent themselves, deal with their gaps and deficiencies, and use creativity to overcome the new situations they were placed in. Based on this reflection, the research with the general objective of analyzing the practices carried out and actions taken to minimize the impacts caused by Covid-19 on education by educational management in the post-pandemic period. To this end, a literature review was carried out, with theoretical support based on Freire (2002), Luck (2009) and Paro (2016), which provide guidance on democratic and participatory management. After the research, it was possible to understand the importance of Management in everyday and chaotic moments. Furthermore, we understand that to deal with the abrupt changes that directly affected social and educational aspects in the period from 2020 to 2022, school management needed to understand the “school” institution as a non-homogeneous community, with deficits and different needs. Thus modeling the supports and support provided to teachers, students and the family community.
