ANÁLISE BIBLIOMÉTRICA DAS PRODUÇÕES ACADÊMICAS SOBRE DIVERSIDADE DE GÊNERO E QUÍMICA

Abstract

Este trabalho apresenta análises bibliométricas utilizando o banco de dados Web of Science (WoS) como meio de obtenção de trabalhos acadêmicos sobre a temática diversidade de gênero e ensino de Química. Dessa forma, com o objetivo de avaliar o desenvolvimento das pesquisas e das produções científicas sobre o tema, foi feito o levantamento dos pesquisadores mais influentes, dos países que mais produzem, das obras mais relevantes, bem como a produção de mapas de redes bibliométricas sobre o tema utilizando o software VOSviewer. Foram apresentadas discussão sobre os mapas e descrição das informações dos artigos selecionados. O estudo sugere que há, ainda, entraves na busca da equidade de gênero, há também baixo número de produções em periódicos sobre a temática abordada e que a plataforma WoS não reflete a produção real brasileira sobre o tema.

This paper presents bibliometric analyzes using the Web of Science database as a means of obtaining academic papers on gender diversity and Chemistry teaching. Thus, with the objective of evaluating the development of research and scientific production on the subject, a survey was carried out of the most influential researchers, of the countries that produce the most, of the most relevant works, as well as the production of maps of bibliometric networks on the theme using the VOSviewer software. Discussion about the maps and description of information from selected articles were presented. The study suggests that there are still obstacles in the pursuit of gender equality, there is also a low number of productions in journals on the topic addressed and that the WoS platform does not reflect the actual Brazilian production on the subject.
