Flutuante: proposta projetual de um gastrobar para Colatina

Abstract

RESUMO: O bar é um estabelecimento comercial que se diferencia dos demais por oferecer ao consumidor algo que não é palpável, a diversão e o prazer. Nesse ambiente não se consome apenas bebida e comida, mas também a atmosfera daquele espaço e as relações ali vivenciadas. Nesse sentido, o lazer ligado ao bar está relacionado não somente ao entretenimento, mas também ao desenvolvimento afetivo. Ao se pensar em ambientes de lazer noturno em Colatina, tem-se a recente expansão da beira-rio, com a chegada de diversos bares e restaurantes em uma região que sempre foi majoritariamente residencial. Porém, observa-se que muitos estabelecimentos do tipo não foram construídos com base em um projeto adequado, e que muitas vezes não se tem uma preocupação com o conforto do usuário e com acessibilidade. Assim, o objetivo deste trabalho foi realizar um estudo projetual de um gastrobar localizado na beira-rio de Colatina, unindo características de um restaurante e de um bar. Durante o processo projetual, foram levados em conta aspectos relacionados ao fluxo ideal entre os ambientes, ao conforto ambiental ligado à edificação, especialmente acústico, e a identidade visual do estabelecimento. Para realizar o trabalho foram utilizados como referenciais estudos ligados a projetos de bares e restaurantes e ao conforto ambiental, normativas e legislações referentes a projetos do tipo, além da análise empírica de casos assemelhados.

ABSTRACT: The bar is a commercial establishment that differentiates itself from the others by offering the consumer something that is not palpable, fun and pleasure. In this environment, not only drinks and food are consumed, but also the space’s atmosphere and the relationships experienced there. In this sense, leisure linked to the bar is related not only to entertainment, but also to affective development. When thinking about nightlife environments in Colatina, there is the recent expansion of the riverside, with the arrival of several bars and restaurants in a region that has always been mostly residential. However, it is observed that many establishments of the type were not built based on an adequate project, and that there is often no concern with user comfort and accessibility. Thus, the objective of this work was to carry out a design study of a gastrobar located on the riverside of Colatina, combining characteristics of a restaurant and a bar. During the design process, aspects related to the ideal flow between the spaces, the environmental comfort linked to the building, especially acoustics, and the visual identity of the establishment were taken into account. To carry out the work, studies related to projects of bars and restaurants and environmental comfort, regulations and legislation referring to projects of this type were used as references, in addition to the empirical analysis of similar cases.
