Resgatando memórias, fortalecendo a identidade e a experiência sensorial: um ensaio projetual no contexto pós desastre socioambiental em Regência Augusta - ES

Abstract

RESUMO: Inúmeros foram os impactos sociais, ambientais e econômicos do rompimento da barragem de Fundão em 2015, no distrito de Bento Rodrigues, em Mariana (MG) na vila de Regência Augusta, distrito de Linhares (ES), devido à importância das atividades relacionadas ao rio Doce para a comunidade. Tendo em vista o atual cenário da vila pós desastre socioambiental, fazem-se necessárias ações que permitam trazer uma maior vitalidade social, cultural e econômica à vila e, além disso, fortalecer e reatualizar as memórias e a identidade face a este lugar. A arquitetura, por sua vez, auxilia nesse processo. Assim, o intuito do presente trabalho trata-se da elaboração de ensaio projetual de um museu que acione os sentidos do usuário e fortaleça as memórias e a identidade da vila de Regência Augusta. Sabe-se que memória e identidade estão intimamente ligadas e que os museus, para além de espaços que preservam a memória, necessitam de interação com o local onde estão inseridos e assumem um papel de espaço para vivências identitárias que culminam em pertencimento. Em complemento, é possível observar a importância da arquitetura multissensorial, que provoca os sentidos humanos, nesse processo. Sob esse aspecto, é papel do arquiteto sugerir uma leitura emocional do espaço, assim o usuário consegue estabelecer laços identitários e ter experiências memoráveis. Por fim, obteve-se o projeto arquitetônico de um museu que se subdivide em três setores. Acredita-se que o desenvolvimento desse trabalho chama atenção para uma arquitetura que perpasse o estímulo da visão e que leve em consideração o corpo e os outros sentidos humanos, para uma arquitetura mais humanista que dialoga com a sociedade e com o lugar onde será implantada.

ABSTRACT: Uncountable were the social, environmental and economic impacts of the Fundão’s dam failure in 2015, in Marianas’s district of Bento Rodrigues (MG) in Regência Augusta village, Linhares’s district, due the importance of the activities related to the Doce River to the community. Considering the actual local scenario post environmental disaster, actions are needed in order to bring social, cultural and economic vitality to the village, and, furthermore, reinforce and actualize the memories and identity of that place. Architecture, in its turn, helps in this process. Therefore, the aim of this project is to elaborate a project assay of a museum that brings up the user’s senses and strengthens the memory and identity of Regência Augusta village. It is known that memory and identity are deeply connected, and that museums, in addition of being places which memory is preserved, needs local interaction with the surroundings they are inserted at, and assume a role of identity experiences which culminates in belonging. In addition, it is possible to observe the importance of multisensorial architecture provoking human senses in this process. Regarding those aspects, it is the architect role to implicate and emotional reading of the space, so the users can create identity ties and have remarkable experiences. Lastly, a project of a museum that is sectored in three parts was obtained. It is believed that the development of this project calls attention to an architecture that goes beyond the visual stimuli, and takes into account the body and the other human senses, seeking a humanistic architecture that dialogs with society and the environment in which it is located.
