Clima Organizacional da Escola Municipal de Ensino Fundamental Professora Regina Maria Silva: Uma Percepção dos Docentes

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This work proposes an analysis of the organizational climate perceived by the teachers of the Primary Municipal School “Professora Regina Maria Silva”, located in the city of Vitória, Espírito Santo, thus contributing to the research in the area. Through the application of a questionnaire in the first half of 2020, the data collected provided basis for the analysis of six categories proposed by Rizzatti and Rizzatti Júnior. The good interpersonal relationship and the manager’s positive evaluation were identified, however, there were also structural limitations concerning the building and the dissatisfaction related to functional matters. Thus, it is necessary the maintenance of the participatory management model and a greater engagement of the class to claim the appreciation of their professional careers.

RESUMO: Este trabalho se propõe a analisar o clima organizacional percebido pelos profissionais do magistério da Escola Municipal de Ensino Fundamental Professora Regina Maria Silva, localizada no município de Vitória, Espírito Santo, contribuindo com as pesquisas na área. Por meio de questionário aplicado no primeiro semestre de 2020, levantaram-se as informações que serviram como base para analisar seis categorias propostas por Rizzatti e Rizzatti Júnior. Identificaram-se o bom relacionamento interpessoal e a avaliação positiva da gestora, mas também limitações estruturais da Escola e a insatisfação sobre assuntos funcionais. Assim, faz-se necessário a manutenção do modelo de gestão participativa e maior engajamento da classe para reivindicar a valorização da carreira desses profissionais.
