Sistema de gestão escolar da PMV/SEME : uma ferramenta tecnológica para publicizar o plano de trabalho pedagógico da educação especial com os alunos dos anos finais da EMEF Maria Madalena de Oliveira Domingues

Abstract

RESUMO: É consenso entre gestores, discentes e docentes e sua relação com a sociedade a importância da inclusão dos alunos especiais em todos os níveis de ensino. Nesse sentido, também é importante o uso das tecnologias com vistas a documentar as práticas pedagógicas vigentes implantadas nas escolas pelos profissionais que interagem com este público. Assim sendo, esse trabalho investigou o software de Sistema de Gestão Escolar, enquanto ferramenta tecnológica, no que se refere à visibilidade das práticas pedagógicas em relação ao atendimento aos alunos da educação especial dos anos finais do Ensino Fundamental da EMEF Maria Madalena de Oliveira Domingues e averiguou de que forma ocorre o gerenciamento das informações dos técnicos que atuam na Secretaria Municipal de Educação. Para isso, são três as divisões: apresentação do amparo legal na legislação de ensino; tutorial da ferramenta tecnológica Sistema de Gestão de Escolar quanto ao plano de trabalho pedagógico da educação especial e, por fim, a análise dos resultados dos questionários aplicados aos profissionais da Escola Municipal pesquisada, aos técnicos da secretaria municipal de educação e aos analistas de sistema que desenvolveram o Sistema de Gestão. Os resultados da pesquisa exploratória e documental e instrumentos aplicados demonstraram, além dos registros inseridos do Plano de trabalho Pedagógico no Sistema de Gestão Escolar demonstraram que conseguem tornar público as ações desenvolvidas com os alunos da Educação Especial, dando visibilidade no acompanhamento das políticas públicas voltadas para a inclusão escolar por parte dos técnicos da Secretaria Municipal de Educação. ABSTRACT: It is a consensus between managers, students and teachers and their relationship with society the importance of including special students at all levels of education. In this sense, it is also important to use the technologies to document the current pedagogical practices implemented in schools by professionals who interact with this public. Therefore, this work investigated the School Management System software, as a technological tool, regarding the visibility of the pedagogical practices in relation to the attendance to the special education students of the final years of the Elementary School of EMEF Maria Madalena de Oliveira Domingues e Ascertained how the information management of the technicians who work in the Municipal Education Department occurs. For this, there are three divisions: presentation of legal protection in teaching legislation; Tutorial of the Technological tool of School Management System regarding the pedagogical work plan of the special education and, finally, the analysis of the results of the questionnaires applied to the professionals of the Municipal School researched, the technicians of the municipal education department and the system analysts who Developed the Management System. The results of the exploratory and documental research and applied instruments demonstrated, in addition to the records inserted in the Pedagogical Work Plan in the School Management System, demonstrated that they are able to make public the actions developed with the Special Education students, giving visibility in the follow-up of public policies aimed at The school inclusion by the technicians of the Municipal Education Department.
